Human with nearly 30 years of leadership, consulting, practitioner and entrepreneurial experience in digital, design, product and research.

I've worked with enterprise-scale transformation, led and delivered new and restructured teams, founded and run successful product design agencies in the US and UK, and advised leaders from start-ups to large-scale global enterprise .

I'm also a podcaster, educator, and author of novels.

I started my career in Consulting doing Design Research and Service Design where it had never been done before (long before acquisition like Fjord). I later moved into in-house roles founding & leading multi-disciplinary Design capabilities in large-scale, regulated businesses.  I become known for democratising Service Design and Design thinking skills whilst creating some of the first Design Strategy and Futures teams in the UK banking industry.  

I'm passionate about the role that Designerly mindsets have to offer the organisations that will determine / enable  our future.
